Initial Steps
- Read the instructions, platform regulations and description.
- Send a message to LoopeX manager (the account that created the chat with you) and request the token link.
- You will receive a link where you need to create your login details.
- Log in and immediately set up 2FA in the top-right corner.
- Connect the Telegram notification bot in the bottom-left corner under the menu.
- If necessary, create accounts for employees and assign permissions: restrict access to certain site sections, fund withdrawals, deposits, etc. Each operator can set up their own 2FA and connect their own notification bot.
Setting Up Material for Work
Registering a Device in LoopeX
- Go to the personal account → Devices.
- Click Add Device in the top-right corner under your username.
- Name the device (phone number, model, or card owner name).
- You will receive a unique fingerprint key, which must be entered on the device. This links the LoopEx account on the phone.
NOTE: one key can be used for only one device. To reset the fingerprint, go to the device management page.
You can add multiple banks on a single device, provided all apps are different and linked to the same SIM card.
If the fingerprint fails, reset it on the site and/or switch between mobile/Wi-Fi or use a VPN.
Installing the App and Configuring Devices
Download the latest version of the app from your personal account.
When prompted with “Enable Google Play Protect”, select “Decline”. This is required for the app to work properly.
When the background activity control appears, select “No restrictions”. Note: without this, the app cannot run in the background.
Provide all necessary permissions according to the instructions.
